Walls have ears, walls have eyes,All you need is to realize.Here we come once again.Paint the walls in the parking lane!.Hold your spirits high and watch out for how you can convert a single wall into exquisite work of art that is flat, picture-perfect and yet appears live and real. Club Pratibimb gladly announces “Graffiti : 3D”, a 3-D wall painting competition this February to get into a lot more action and turn the walls into your own imagination. Team up with your best mates and boggle your mind into how the 2D walls appear 3D and win cash prizes.
The details of the event are as follows:
1. The competition will be held in college campus on 20th, 21st and 22nd February 2015.
2. Participants may register for the event from 6th February to 16th February 2015.
3. Each team may comprise of minimum 5 and maximum 8 members,
3. Entries ought to be submitted by February 18, 2015 by 5.00 pm. Each team can submit a minimum of one and maximum of three entries.
4. After scrutiny of the entries by the judges, the best paintings to be painted on college walls (by the respective teams) will be declared on February 20, 2015 at 5.00 pm.
5. Winners of the competition will be declared after the event.
6. Important Dates –
• February 6, 2015 : Registrations Open
• February 16, 2015 : Registrations Close
• February 18, 2015 : Last date to submit entries
• February 20, 2015 : Preliminary Round Result
RULES:
Preliminary Round :-
• Preliminary idea should be drawn on A3 sheet (11.69”x16.54”).
• The entries should be 2-D paintings that appear to be 3-D.
• Sheets should be submitted at the desk.
• Minimum 5 and Maximum 8 members per team.
• There is a registration fees of Rs. 10 per non-pratibimb member and is free of cost for all the pratibimb members.
• The theme/content of the painting on the wall should not be offensive to any particular ethnicity, religion or caste.
GENERAL:
• The decision by the judges will be final and irrevocable.
• It is the team’s responsibility to ensure that they do not break any rules to which they are subjected when submitting their entries for the competition.
• By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Contest Rules and Procedures, the Terms and Conditions.
• The club can reproduce the art in any other form and is not obliged to any team or contestant.
