Today in 21st century we talk of equality, we say that women today are in par with men. But this is not the reality. This is not even close to reality. This is just a part of the reality. Because if you see the other side of the coin you will come to know that even today women are being discriminated in many parts of the world on the basis of their gender. Even today such people do exist who take women as an inferior community. Our aim is to empower the female gender.
To raise the issue of women face in today’s world and spread awareness about it Fun Republic Entertainments is organizing a marathon in association with Academy of Indore Marathoners and Supported Beti Bachao Beti Padhao NGO to be held on 14th JUNE 2015 from Collectorate square to Gandhi Hall starting at 6:30 am.
CAUSE –
The cause behind this marathon is women empowerment and creating awareness about issues regarding rape, female foeticide, female infanticide, kidnapping, molestation, eve teasing, child marriage, dowry deaths, girl child education, maternal mortality etc. We aspire to empower the women of our nation so that they are self sufficient and independent in every aspect of life. We aspire equality for women in every corner of the world. We aspire to have a stronger woman community.
