Keeping aside all the recent feminism hoopla , we are here to thank the women, who are not collecting accolades on the social media for what they type and post. On this women’s day, let’s thank the women who actually do things and are the unsung heroes in our lives. Women who are not worthy of any particular tag nor they are hungry for the attention. They do their things and we forget to thank them every day. Indore HD salutes such women and would like to dedicate this post to them.
Mothers and Sisters
They are the most important women in your life. One gives you the birth and other makes you understand what being a woman is and you grow up with her. They do a lot of things for us on daily basis which we don’t even realise on daily basis. Mothers and sisters are the most amazing women in our lives and if you haven’t gifted them something for a long time, this might be a day to do so.
Your Maid
When was the last time you stopped, smiled at your maid, and thanked her for doing so much for you, your parents and for the house? I guess you don’t remember, right? Well, go to her today, give her a flower, and say thank you to her. She is one of the most important figures of your house and takes care of lot of things around.
Your Daily Vegetable Vendor
Remember the Didi who comes daily at your gate and calls for freshly picked vegetables? She is doing a hell of a job every day to make sure you eat fresh vegetables for lunch and dinner. Did you, for once, think that she deserves thanks too? We guess not. So, this would be the right day to do it and you must!
Your Old Lady Friend From School and College
The one who was always there to listen to you when you were down; the one who helped you complete your projects on time the one who helped you with the notes. Go and thank her. Thank her for the support she was during your low days and thank her for the guiding light she was to light up your path.
These are some of the very important women in your life whom you often ignore. On this women’s day, extend them a hand of acknowledgement and thank them for the awesomeness!
