A shloka from Bhagvad Geeta to take you through the week

Here is a very powerful shloka from Shrimadbhagavat Geeta.

The philosophy behind the shloka is the power of mind.

Mind is what everything revolves around.
Ascend and enlighten yourself through the power of your mind, and not descend yourself, for the mind can be your friend and also can be the enemy.
It means we are responsible for our own power of elevation . Nobody can travel the path of God-realization for us. One can only be shown the way through Guru but we have to travel it ourselves.

A healthy relationship with our mind is what is needed at all times. Keeping a balanced mind leads to a healthy body and soul.
We should understand the existence of mind and it’s power.
We need to explore the different techniques to make a balanced mind.

We should practice various methods regularly to sharpen our minds and earn knowledge.

We hope you can keep your mind balanced through yoga, sadhna, prayers and peace throughout the week.
