5 things of little commonsense that Indoris could use in Traffic

Indore is a great city to be in. The atmosphere is inviting, people are good, food is absolutely amazing, whether is nice, and the whole place has a certain vibe to it that just can’t go un-ignored. However, there are still bunch of Indori people that could use a bit of a commonsense that come handy in day to day life, while driving / riding in traffic. Indore HD has gathered few of typical Indori things that you would find here people doing in heaps while they are on road!

Honking The Moment Light Is Green At Signal

This happens at almost every red light in Indore. People in Indore are very restless when it comes to traffic and the moment the light turns green, you will hear cars honking like mad. It’s like 0.0000000001 milliseconds after the light has turned green and people want you to clear the path off!

Taking Up The Entire Left Side Area At The Signal

We all have heard from the moment we gathered sense to drive and ride that left is always open. Not in Indore. Left is never open in Indore. If you have to take a left, then you have to wait till the light goes green because in Indore, the left side is occupied by every person who is not going left. So, you will find the person who wants to go right standing at left and the person who wants to go straight standing at left. Basically, everyone is standing at the left side except the one who actually wants to go left!

Driving At The Right Lane At Slow Speeds

This is way too annoying habit of too many Indori. They take up the entire right side of the road, which is usually reserved for fast moving traffic, and they drive at a slower speed there. You have to literally honk the lights out of your car to make yourself a way because a typical Indori would just refuse to make a way for you!

    High Beam In City

This might not be the only habit of Indori as it is a habit of almost every Indian who is driving. They just love high beam. Even on the road that is fully lit by the street lights, they need to have their headlights on high beam. We fail to understand why this is a habit of every Indian on road? Low beam is more than enough to light up your way and using high beam on cars and two wheelers makes you a nuisance on road.

    Stopping at Zebra

Zebra crossing is not reserved for people who want to cross the red light; It is reserved for every Indori who is in hurry as he wants to attend a meeting that costs him billions of dollars. You will always find more than ¾ of the Zebra crossing covered by Indori traffic at signals and this habit just needs to go!

Well, these were the typical traits of Indori people driving on road that we could think of, where they could use a bit of common sense. If you know any more things that needs to be improved in Indore’s traffic, then do comment!
