As far as we know, Indori janta gets quite mushy when the winter comes knocking at the city’s door and they prepare themselves from a very long time before the start of winter season. So, a though just came to our mind that what a typical Indori would do, if he finds that Indore has witnessed the first snow fall from the inception of the city! Read ahead!
Bilawali Aur Pipliapaala Pe Lapak Bheed
The first thing a typical Indori would do on a very cold night in Indore, is he will keep a bowl full of water outside the door overnight and he will check the bowl the next morning to see if it froze or not. This happens at around late December and January! So, if people here will see snow outside their house, they will rush to Bilawali and Pipliapaala to see that they froze or not. You will also find many Indori pelting stones there to check the thickness of the layer of the snow!
“Usal Jam Gaya” Ke Naare
Imagine the situation where more than half of Indore is standing at the respective Poha shops in their areas and they will find that due to excessive snow, the Usal of the Poha is frozen. There will be a sort of scene that you probably can’t imagine, as you too know deep down your heart how much you love a piping hot usal in your morning Poha.
Sashtri Bridge Pe Fisal Patti
Sashtri Bridge is going to become one big slider if it starts to snow in Indore. You will find people charging tickets to take you to the top of the bridge from where you could just slide your way down on the frozen bridge!
BRTS Lane Me Skiing
We are dead sure that you are going to see many people skiing in the BRTS lane if it snows in Indore. We Indori don’t even need proper ski for the job, as we can use things like Tube Light ke peeche ka Danda as ski and any “Dandi” from the nearby tree as the two poles!
Yaha Waha Snow Ke Dalle, Ni Padhe Kisi Ko Palle
That’s it. No snow fall is complete without a snow ball fight and this is something you will see more than half of the Indori janta doing. There will automatically be a local holiday declared on the day it snows in Indore the entire city will be huge white canvass where you will see people inventing Indori sports and snow ball fights!
So, what do you think a typical Indori would do if it snows in Indore apart from these points? Do share and let the interesting things coming!
