1) Plays in Indore this weekend
This weekend Indori people will have two good options for spending their weekend to indulge into literature. Two Hindi Plays are on chart this weekend.
i) 23 साल 5 महीनें 26 दिन, by Nitesh Upadhyay
On the occasion of world theatre day, Anvaratt Theatre Group of Indore has come up with the idea of 23 साल 5 महीनें 26 दिन. A Drama Which Deals on Biopic of Shaheed-E-Aazam Bhagat Singh, and presenting his thoughts in a New Way.

ii) आषाढ़ का एक दिन, by Mohan Rakesh
Ashadh Ka Ek Din (Hindi) is a play based on the life of renowned classical Sanskrit writer Kalidas. It revolves around Kalidas, Mallika and Priyangumanjari and on their love triangle.
It was Mohan Rakesh’s debut play and it went on to win a Sangeet Natak Akademi Award for the best play in 1959. It was adapted in movie directed by Mani Kaul in 1971, it won the Film fare Critics Award for Best Movie.
Although this play is organised on Monday, but as we say in starting this is an extended weekend you can definitely enjoy this wonderful play on Monday as well.

2) Comedy show in Indore this weekend
Evening Full of Laughter, Stand-Up Comedy by Sorabh Pant
Gone are the days when there was a tradition of Hasya Kavi Samelan on Holi in Indore. For making You ROFL Sorabh Pant has come up with a stand-up comedy show, around Holi.

3) Exhibition in Indore this weekend

For the art lovers of Indore, an exhibition is organised been from 25th march to 27th march. In the exhibition the artifacts made by Devel Verma are showcased. An artist who has made sculpture of Buddha with nut- bolts and scrape.

4) Movies in Indore this weekend
In the section of Movies, Indori’s you have three drastically different choices, one is a Bollywood action thriller, other is a most awaited Hollywood Fiction and last but not the least a Punjabi Drama. Here is a brief about them, enjoy.
i) Rocky Handsome (Action Thriller)
John Abraham played the protagonist, it’s an action thriller directed by Nishikant Kamat. The movie revolves around the protagonist who takes on an entire army of gangsters to rescue a kidnapped eight-year-old girl. If you are a fan of muscular frame of John Abraham, then this flick is for you. If you feel the movie has something fresh action sequences to show then you will get disappointed. Shruti Hasan has a special appearance in the movie.
Why to watch? If you are a Bollywood action fan and loved that dhishum-dhishum, you definitely have a 2 and half hour of fun ride.

ii) Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice (3D Action/ Fantasy)
One of the most anticipated films of the year, where the two Super Heroes of century are coming together. Directed by Zack Snyder, the movie showcases a face-off between Batman and Superman. The action sequences in the movie are well-synchronised and a treat to watch.
It will definitely appear to those who loved to submerge in the comic’s world. If you are not having other exciting plans and want to spend the day on roads, this will be best option. The movie is available in English as well as Hindi language.

iii) Ambarsariya (Romantic Comedy Punjabi Drama)
Diljit Dosanjh played the protagonist, along with Navneet Kaur Dhillon, Monica Gill and Lauren Gotliebb. It is directed by Mandeep Kumar. Story revolves around the insurance agent Diljit Singh and three girls who fallen for him. The film takes you on roller-coaster ride with lots of smiles, tears, laughs and heartfelt moments.
If you understand Punjabi and love to spend your time laughing, you can mark it on your list.

5) World Cup match this weekend
India Vs Australia T20 match is on 27th march. The audacious win of India over Bangladesh, make people eagerly wait for the next big Match. The match will decide whether India will qualify to Semi-final or not. Get ready for another nail biting match.
