Mirchi Neon Run, Indore

Radio Mirchi wanted to put this idea to test and so we brought to India the ‘Neon Run’- an event with the adrenaline of a run & the rush of a party. The Mirchi Neon Run took its first glowing step in 2015 and is now on a dream run across India. What started as a 5-city event is now spread across 25 cities. With a winning combo of a fun run, an after-party with the top BDM artists, and neon colors the Mirchi Neon Run is all that you need for a colorful night out. Quite literally!

• Age Limit – 5+
• Registration fees once paid is not refundable under any circumstances
• You confirm that, in the event of adverse weather conditions, major incidents or threats on the day of the event, any of the force majeure of the restriction by authority, the organizers reserve the rights to Stop / Cancel / Postpone the event.
• Confirmed registrations and merchandise orders are nonrefundable, nontransferable and cannot be modified
• Organizers reserve the right to reject any application, rejected entries will be refunded in full
• Please carry valid photo id for verification of the ticket holder name along with your e-ticket print out
• No refund of a purchased ticket is possible, even in case of any rescheduling
• Unlawful resale of a ticket would lead to seizure and appropriate legal actions will be followed thereof
• Entry admits to one person only
• Organizers reserve the right to security checks
• Parking near or at the event premises is at the risk of the vehicle owner. Organizers will not hold the responsibility for any damage or theft of any vehicles within the parking premises of the event
• Consumption and sale of any illegal substance is strictly prohibited
• Professional cameras, recording instruments, arms and ammunition, eatables, bottled water, beverages, alcohol are not allowed from outside the event.
• Rights to admission reserved, even to valid ticket holders
• Organizers are not responsible for any negative effects of the food items or drinks consumed in the venue by event guests
• Attendees suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner or carrying out illegal activities within the site may be searched
• First aid / medical facilities will be provided; however, the organizers do not take any responsibility for any problems arising
• Participants / Attendees also assume all risks associated with participating in this event including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including cold weather, traffic and other condition of the road, arson and terrorist threat and all other risks associated with a public event. You agree that the Mirchi Neon Run Shall not be liable for any loss, damage, illness or injury that might occur as a result of your participation in the event.
• Participants/attendees also assume take full responsibility for participating in the Mirchi Neon Run and do not hold the organizing committee or any of its members or entities responsible for any injury or accident
• Participants/attendees agree to abide by the instructions provided by the organizers from time to time in the best interest of your health and event safety
• Participants/attendees also agree to stop running if instructed by the Race Director or the medical staff or by the aid station volunteers
• Any disputes to be settled under Mumbai jurisdiction courts only
• The holder of this ticket hereby grants organizers the right to use, in perpetuity, all or any part of the recording of any tape made of holder’s appearance on any channel for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotion relating hereto.
• You confirm that your name and media recording were taken during your participation may be used to publicize the event
• Possession sale and dealing in Narcotics Drug and Psychotropic Substances attract stringent punishment under the NDPS Act, 1985 which ranges from 6 months to 20 years of imprisonment and a fine up to Rs. Two lacs.
• We recommend you arrive at least 1 hour before the starting time at the venue to pick up your physical tickets
• The event is subject to government permissions. In case the permissions are not granted an event is canceled, a full refund shall be immediately issued to all patrons.

Refund Policy

• Tickets once sold cannot be refunded under any circumstances
• In case the event schedule is changed, shifted or moved no refund will be made
• Registered participants and their merchandise order cannot be altered, edited or amended under any circumstances
• For Event cancellation due to grounds beyond the control of the organizers or failure to generate necessary permissions from the Government will ensure full refund to patrons
• Organizers reserve the right to reject any application, rejected entries will be refunded in full
• Tickets purchased are nonrefundable, nontransferable and cannot be modified
