IPC workshop on Fundamentals of Photography and Post Processing

Beat the heat of the sizzling summer with some cool workshops and photo slide shows.
Continuing our culture of learning by sharing, Indore Photography Community (IPC) invites you all to a hands on workshop to learn the basics of photography and post processing followed by slideshows of some active photographers of IPC.

Event date: Sunday 10th May 2015
Time: 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm sharp
Venue: Pritam Lal Dua Auditorium, M. G. Road, Regal Square, Indore.
Cost: Donation basis. It is free to attend but your contribution will be helpful in organizing future events.

Session #1: Hands-on Workshop on Fundamentals of Photography

Topics covered:
Basics of photography including (but not limited to)
– exposure triangle
– metering
– focusing modes
– camera modes
followed by general discussion on common problems faced in photography

Session #2: Practical approach to Post Processing using Lightroom or Camera RAW
Conducted by: Nilesh J. Bhange
Topics Covered:
– Fixing common mistakes
– Enhancing photographs
– Developing a vision for photography
followed by general discussion on common mistakes and techniques of post processing

Session #3: Slideshow of some active members of IPC

Each slideshow will be followed by interactive discussion on the vision of the photographer, techniques used, tips, tricks used by the photographer etc.
